Born on the streets of Maynard, Perico’s Taqueria started with a simple dream: to bring the authentic, unapologetic flavors of real Mexican street food to our community. Every taco we serve is crafted with passion, using recipes passed down through generations, fresh daily ingredients, and a whole lot of love.
What Makes Us Different
We’re not interested in shortcuts. Our birria simmers low and slow, our tortillas are made fresh, and our salsas are built from scratch every day. Whether you’re grabbing a quick taco on your lunch break or ordering a full spread of Quesabirria, Tortas, and combos for the family, you’re getting the same care in every order.
